CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend
Product Overview
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Blend is a combination of two synthetic peptides studied for their complementary roles in supporting endogenous growth hormone signaling. CJC-1295 is a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog designed to extend the activity of natural GHRH pathways, while Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue that interacts with ghrelin receptors. Together, they are investigated for their potential to promote physiologic growth hormone release through dual receptor-mediated mechanisms.
Preclinical and clinical research suggests that CJC-1295 may enhance and prolong GHRH receptor signaling at the pituitary level, while Ipamorelin may stimulate growth hormone secretion through activation of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). These complementary mechanisms are believed to support pulsatile growth hormone dynamics in experimental models evaluating body composition, recovery processes, sleep-related signaling, and metabolic regulation.
Beyond growth hormone pathways, this peptide combination has been explored for its potential influence on tissue repair signaling, protein synthesis pathways, and overall endocrine balance. Ongoing research continues to evaluate its role in hormonal modulation, adaptive physiology, and systemic metabolic regulation.
